The courses have been developed by the course creators over a period of sincere dedication and endeavors. We can’t dictate on their priceless efforts to put a price tag on. The course creators have full rights to ask for any price they seem reasonable for it.
Although we do not dictate on the course contents, we strongly believe that the course creators will do better than your expectations in offering you the best of contents. In any circumstances if you are not willing to go ahead with the course, you have an option to ask for refund within the 7 days (seven days) from purchase. Please write to us immediately, so that we can process your refund.

We are very serious about any unwanted consequences, and therefore we seriously advocate for a safe platform for the children. Since this platform is not intended for children, we strongly urge in case a child needs to enroll into any course from this platform, the parent/legal guardian should monitor and be responsible for the child’s use of the platform.
Concurrently, we ask the course creators to be diligent about maintaining child-safety policies from their side. In any undesired occasion, if we are reported about any violation of such policies, we will take strong legal actions.

Yes you can. With the same account you can choose any number of courses, as long as you have paid the appropriate fees, and fulfilled the prerequisites, if any.
If you complete all the requirements of a course, you will get a certificate of completion for that course, provided that the course creator issue one. Providing certificate is optional upon the course creators. You can certainly ask them to provide one in case they have not done so.
You can access the course until you complete it, or until the access is valid. It depends on the course creator. Let’s say, if a course if offered over a period of 4 months, you will have access to the course contents for 4 months. You may, however, finish the course earlier.
As from our perspectives, we do not put a time limitation on the course you have paid for. You can access it for as long as you want, until you have attended the assessment and successfully passed it.
We believe that the course creators (tutors) are our most valuable partners, and therefore we don’t charge them at all! You can join the community of course creator at no subscription fees to pay; simply register, and create your courses.
Since the course creators have dedicated their time, efforts, skills and knowledge in developing the courses from scratch, we don’t dare to ask for a share in those! The courses fully belong to its creators (tutors), and they can hold copyright for the course contents. We only provide the platform to offer the courses to public.
Similarly, course creators are also responsible and liable for any consequences resulting from their contents, be it in the form of legal, social, or any other means.

As we mentioned, we do not charge the course creators at all. However, we do keep a service charge from the fees paid by the students (course subscribers), which is 20% of the course fees.
For instance, if a course is priced (by the course creator) at BDT 1000, for every student who have bought the course, we will keep BDT 200 for our service charge, and return the remaining BDT 800 to the course creator (tutor).
The student will also have to pay for any payment gateway charge (varies depending on the card type and services), which is usually around 2.5% to 3.5%.

We often process the payment within one month, but due to local banking system it may take up to 45 days to process your payment. You will receive all fees received from your courses, after deducting the service charges.
Bank transfer fees, if applicable, will be borne by the course creators.
